Each week you select from the scheduled NFL slate for that week. Any game on the slate is eligible.
Each week you must make 7 picks. You may not select both sides of the same game in the same week. Where a contest offers more than one pick type, the available markets for each week are shown on your picksheet.
Teams are fully reusable. You may select the same team in as many weeks as you like, and there is no limit on how often any team, side, or total is used across the contest.
Each correct pick is worth 1 pt. Incorrect picks are worth zero. There is no penalty for a miss, and no bonus for a perfect week. Your total is the sum of all correct picks across every week of the contest.
A pick is correct if the selected team covers the point spread posted for that game. A result landing exactly on the number is a push, and a push will earn 0.5 pts.
Most lines will lock each Tuesday at 9am ET, you will see a lock icon next to games when they lock. Some games may take longer to lock if odds have not been set yet by our system. Those games will not show any spreads and will NOT have a lock symbol. Once a game is locked, later movement at the books doesn't change it.
Any selection slot you leave empty is worth zero points and is not replaced. Failing to submit a full slate does not remove you from the contest; you simply forgo those points. If a game is postponed, suspended, or cancelled and is not completed within the contest week, any pick on that game will be treated as a push and awarded a 1/2 point.
The primary selection deadline for NFL contests is 1:00 pm ET on Sunday. At that time, all remaining selections will lock and all selections will be disclosed to contest participants. Participants may make selections involving games that begin prior to the Sunday 1:00 pm ET deadline, including Thursday night games and other early-week games. Any selection involving a game that begins before the primary deadline will lock at the scheduled kickoff of that game and cannot thereafter be changed. Those selections will be disclosed when that game begins. All other selections will remain undisclosed until the Sunday 1:00 pm ET deadline.
Running standings are posted after each week's results are final.
If two or more participants finish with the same cumulative score, ties will be resolved in the following order: (1) most correct selections (excluding pushes) during Weeks 4-18; (2) most points earned, including points awarded for pushes, in Week 18, then working backward one week at a time through Week 4 until the tie is broken; (3) highest cumulative Cover Margin across all winning ATS selections during the Game; and (4) if still tied, a coin flip for two participants or an online randomizer for three or more participants. See the Full Game Rules for complete tiebreaker details and the definition of Cover Margin.
Scoring is based on official statistics provided by SportsDataIO and is subject to final stat corrections. Results are considered final 24 hours after the week concludes.
