1. Contest Overview

Pigskin Madness 2026 (the “Contest”) is a free, season-long football promotional contest presented by Sandman Sports, LLC (“Sandman”) in partnership with MMILV (hereinafter “we,” “our,” “ours,” “us”). Participation in the Contest requires no purchase, deposit, paid subscription, payment method, or paid Sandman feature. Eligibility to participate in the Contest, scoring, tiebreakers, or the ability to win are not affected by purchase, deposit, paid subscription, payment method, or paid Sandman feature.

The Contest is based on participants' selection of the outcomes of professional football games against predetermined point spreads. Participants will make selections against the spread (“ATS”) on designated NFL games each week. Points will be awarded for correct selections, and standings will accumulate throughout the Contest Period. The eligible participant with the highest cumulative score at the conclusion of the Contest, subject to the tiebreaker procedures described below, will be declared the winner.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Winning the Grand Prize is contingent upon the winner satisfying all requirements set forth herein.

4. Contest Period

The Contest begins with Week 4 of the 2026 National Football League ("NFL") regular season and will continue through Week 18 of the 2026 NFL regular season.

Registration will open on Friday, September 18th and close on Sunday, October 4th at 12:55 PM ET. All times referenced in these Official Rules are Eastern Time unless otherwise stated. Sandman Sports is the official timekeeper of this Contest.

5. How to Enter

No Sandman purchase, deposit, subscription, paid tool, analytics product or other paid feature is required to enter or participate and will provide any additional entry, selection, point, tiebreaker credit or other Contest advantage..

Eligible participants may enter by creating or logging into their Sandman Sports account at SandmanSports.com and joining Pigskin Madness 2026 during the applicable registration period. Failure to register during this period shall render the individual ineligible to participate in the Contest or win the Grand Prize.

Unless otherwise specified, each participant is limited to one entry in the Contest. Attempts to obtain additional entries through multiple accounts, identities, email addresses, or other means will result in disqualification and, if selected as the winner, forfeiture of the Grand Prize.

6. Weekly Selections and Scoring

Each participant will select seven (7) NFL games against the spread ("ATS") each week from the games made available for selection by Sandman on the designated Contest page.

Participants receive one (1) point for each correct ATS selection. A push will receive 0.5 points. An incorrect selection receives zero points.

A participant who submits fewer than seven selections will receive zero points for each unsubmitted selection.

Scores accumulate from Week 4 through Week 18. There are no weekly eliminations.

At the conclusion of Week 18, the participant with the highest cumulative score will be the potential Grand Prize winner, subject to verification and the tiebreaker procedures below.

7. Point Spreads

Contest lines are posted each Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. ET at SandmanSports.com and will not change for purposes of the Contest regardless of subsequent movement in the market. The posted Contest lines will be the official spreads used to determine Contest scoring. A correct ATS selection occurs when the selected team covers or beats the posted spread. A selection is correct if, after the Official Contest Line is applied to the selected team's official final score2, the selected team's adjusted score exceeds its opponent's official final score. Let's take an example from Week 1 of the 2026 NFL Season. In the game pitting the Cincinnati Bengals versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Bengals were a 3.5-point favorite, most often denoted as -3.5. The Bengals won 33-27, winning by 6 points. Given the fact that the final game spread exceeded the posted line, those selecting the Bengals would have been awarded one point for 'beating the spread'. To the contrary, Tampa Bay was a 3.5-point underdog in that game, most often denoted as +3.5. Given the fact that the final game spread exceeded the posted line, those selecting the Buccaneers would have received zero points for failing to 'cover the spread'. Let's now assume that the final score was 30-27. Those selecting the Bengals would receive zero points for failing to cover or beat the 3.5 point spread while those selecting the Buccaneers would be awarded one point for covering the 3.5-point spread.

A selection is a push if the adjusted scores are equal. Using our example above, if the posted point spread was six points, both a participant who selected the Bengals and a participant who selected the Buccaneers would receive .5 points based on the final six-point margin of victory.

Point spreads for each week's games may intermittently appear on other parts of the Sandman platform but you understand and acknowledge that each week's selections shall only be graded utilizing the lines posted on the Contest page for Contest purposes.

2Inclusive of overtime

8. Pick Deadlines and Locking

Participants may commence the selection process as soon as the spreads are posted on the Contest page. All selections for teams playing in games starting prior to Sunday 1:00 EST for an applicable NFL week will be locked immediately prior to the posted kickoff time for that event. At that time, Sandman will disclose the selections associated with those games. All other games for that applicable NFL week (including but not limited to the remaining Sunday games and Monday night games) will lock on Sunday at 1:00 EST of that week. At that time, all remaining selections will lock and all remaining selections will be disclosed to contest participants. Participants will only be graded on selections which are submitted timely. Once a game is locked, participants are thereafter restricted from selecting or changing the selection associated with that game.

Sandman's platform timekeeping records will control for purposes of determining whether a selection was timely submitted3.

If Sandman identifies a manifest posting or data-entry error before the affected game begins, Sandman may correct or remove that line by providing notice through the Contest page and applying the correction consistently to all affected participants.

3To the extent the locking process malfunctions

9. Postponed, Canceled or Rescheduled Games

If a selected NFL game is canceled, postponed, suspended, abandoned, or rescheduled and is not officially completed by 9:00 a.m. on the Tuesday following the originally scheduled game date, the affected selection will be treated as a push, will receive 0.5 points, and will contribute zero Cover Margin. No replacement selection will be permitted after the applicable weekly selections have locked.

10. Tiebreakers

If two or more participants finish the Contest with the same cumulative score, ties will be resolved in the following order:

First Tiebreaker: Highest total number of correct selections (not including a push) during Weeks 4 through 18.

Second Tiebreaker: If still tied, most points earned (including points awarded for pushes) in Week 18. If still tied, most points earned (including points awarded for pushes) in Week 17. The process will continue backward, one week at a time, through Week 4 until the tie is broken.

Third Tiebreaker: Cumulative Cover Margin. If still tied after application of the First and Second Tiebreakers, the participant with the highest cumulative Cover Margin across all winning ATS selections during the Contest will prevail.

For purposes of the Contest, "Cover Margin" means the number of points by which a participant's winning ATS selection exceeded the official posted point spread on the Contest page. Losing selections and pushes contribute zero Cover Margin.

Examples:

  • A participant selects a favorite at -3, and that team wins by 10. The Cover Margin is 7 points.
  • A participant selects an underdog at +6.5, and that team loses by 3. The Cover Margin is 3.5 points.

Cover Margin will be accumulated across all qualifying correct selections from Weeks 4 through 18.

Final Tiebreaker: If two participants remain tied, a coin flip will determine the winner. If three or more participants remain tied, an online randomizer selected at Sandman's discretion will determine the winner.
